Cloud Pizza Crust / No Flour

Ingredients

  • 4 Large Eggs, separated

  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese, blended smooth

  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese, softened

  • 1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar

  • Pinch Salt

  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation Steps

1. Prepare the Cloud Bread Base

2. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Separate Eggs: Separate the egg whites from the yolks into two bowls.

4. Beat Egg Whites: Add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat them with a hand or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.

5. Combine Yolks: In another bowl, blend the cottage cheese until smooth. Mix it with the egg yolks, softened cream cheese, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

6. Fold Together: Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture in thirds, ensuring not to deflate the egg whites.

7. Bake the Cloud Bread

8. Spread the cloud bread mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet in a round pizza shape, about 1/2 inch thick.

9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and set. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.

10. Add Toppings

11. Lightly brush the baked crust with beef tallow or bacon grease to add flavor and moisture.

12. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the crust.

13. Add the cooked sausage, ground beef, bacon, pepperoni, and ham evenly across the surface.

14. Bake the Pizza

15. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly browned.
